Tripadvisor Reviews

Get reviews for a Tripadvisor place.

GET/api/v1/tripadvisor/reviews

Costs 1 credit per request; failed requests are refunded. Authentication, the search_metadata envelope and error codes are the same as for every endpoint (see the API reference). Try it in the playground.

Parameters

Place reviews

Fetch public reviews for a Tripadvisor place.

Parameter	Type	Description
`place_id`required	integer	Required positive Tripadvisor place identifier.
`tripadvisor_domain`	string	Supported localized Tripadvisor hostname.Default: www.tripadvisor.com.
`locale`	string	Language or language-COUNTRY code.Default: en-US.
`start`	integer	Review offset from 0 through 10,000.Default: 0.
`num`	integer	Review count from 1 through 50.Default: 10.
`sort_by`	"recent" \| "relevance"	Chronological or machine-ranked ordering.Default: recent.
`translate`	boolean	Request Tripadvisor machine translation.Default: false.

Response

A JSON object with search_metadata (request id, credits used and remaining) and the result data: reviews. Groups and fields depend on the content of each page, so treat every field as optional.
