Search Zillow homes for sale, for rent or recently sold.

GET/api/v1/zillow/search

Costs 1 credit per request; failed requests are refunded. Authentication, the search_metadata envelope and error codes are the same as for every endpoint (see the API reference). Try it in the playground.

Search Zillow homes for sale, for rent or recently sold.

Parameter	Type	Description
`min_price`	integer	Minimum listing price in US dollars.Minimum: 0.For rental searches, prices are monthly rent in US dollars.
`max_price`	integer	Maximum listing price in US dollars.Minimum: 0.
`min_beds`	integer	Minimum number of bedrooms.Range: 0 to 20.
`max_beds`	integer	Maximum number of bedrooms.Range: 0 to 20.
`min_baths`	number	Minimum number of bathrooms.Range: 0 to 20.
`min_sqft`	integer	Minimum interior area in square feet.Minimum: 0.
`max_sqft`	integer	Maximum interior area in square feet.Minimum: 0.
`q`	string	City, ZIP code, neighborhood or address. Supply q or map_bounds.Up to 200 characters.Supply exactly one of q or map_bounds.
`map_bounds`	string	Map rectangle as north,east,south,west.
`status`	"for_sale" \| "for_rent" \| "sold"	Listing status.Default: for_sale.
`property_type`	"house" \| "condo" \| "townhouse" \| "multi_family" \| "land" \| "manufactured" \| "apartment"	Restrict results to one property type.
`sort`	"recommended" \| "newest" \| "price_asc" \| "price_desc" \| "beds" \| "sqft"	Order of matching listings.Default: recommended.
`page`	integer	Result page, starting at 1; Zillow caps searches at 20 pages.Default: 1.Range: 1 to 20.Follow pagination.next for another page. A search exposes at most 20 pages.

Response

A JSON object with search_metadata (request id, credits used and remaining) and the result data: properties. Groups and fields depend on the content of each page, so treat every field as optional.
