Google Play Reviews

Get reviews for a Google Play app.

GET/api/v1/google/play/reviews

Costs 1 credit per request; failed requests are refunded. Authentication, the search_metadata envelope and error codes are the same as for every endpoint (see the API reference). Try it in the playground.

Parameters

Request

Parameter	Type	Description
`product_id`required	string	Native Google Play product identifier, with 1 to 512 letters, digits, underscores, dots, or hyphens.Up to 512 characters.
`store`	"apps" \| "books" \| "audiobooks" \| "movies" \| "tv"	Product catalog containing this identifier.Default: apps.
`num`	integer	Number of reviews, from 1 through 199.Default: 40.Range: 1 to 199.

Filters

Parameter	Type	Description
`platform`	"phone" \| "tablet" \| "watch" \| "chromebook" \| "tv"	Platform associated with the reviews.Default: phone.
`rating`	integer	Only reviews with this rating, from 1 through 5.Range: 1 to 5.
`sort_by`	integer	1 for relevant, 2 for newest, or 3 for rating.Default: 1.Range: 1 to 3.

Localization

Parameter	Type	Description
`hl`	string	Storefront language, such as en, de, or zh-TW. Maximum 32 characters.Default: en.Up to 32 characters.
`gl`	string	Two-letter country code.Default: us.

Pagination

Parameter	Type	Description
`next_page_token`	string	Returned review continuation. Preserve product, store, language, country, platform, rating, sort order, and count.Up to 65,536 characters.

Response

A JSON object with search_metadata (request id, credits used and remaining) and the result data: reviews with identity, rating, text, likes, dates, versions, responses, and serpfast_pagination. Groups and fields depend on the content of each page, so treat every field as optional.
